The Iranex Group, Rouen, France—consisting of Colloides Naturels International (CNI), Starlight Products, Nutriprocess and Afritec—has ac­quired Bio Serae Laboratories, Bram, France, a manufacturer and supplier with annual turnover of about € 7 million. Offering Iranex new development and diversification, the move strengthens the group’s global standing as a lead supplier. Bio Serae markets a range of active ingredients through brands such as NeOpuntia, Cacti-Nea, VinOserae and VinOseed. The Iranex Group operates in over 72 countries and enjoys annual growth of about 7-9%.
